Here you will find the answers to the most frequent questions we receive from our customers 🙂 To help you find the answers, we have divided the questions into three sections.
Pucle product:
Yes, our Pucle frame is collapsible into four parts, so it easily fits inside the tube when unfolded. The frames are made for you by hand and with love by our Mr. lumberjack. They are made of solid beech, which has a beautiful natural pale brown color. The package also includes screws and a mini-retractor, so you can assemble the frame in no time and you don’t need any other tools (and not even glue!). Our Smart puzzler’s handbook, which you can find in the package, will help you with the correct procedure. And the best thing about our frame is that it can be taken apart again at any time! You can exchange illustrations in it, as often as you are asked 🙂
Yes! From 2023 we have something new – all Pucles with 1,000 pieces can be framed in a matte white or matte black frame. We currently do not have such frames for 500, 200 and 100 piece Pucle, but if there is interest in them, we will be happy to have them produced.
NO, you don’t need to! We have devised a system for you so that you never have to glue the puzzle together! With our Pucle, you don’t need to glue anything, not a puzzle or a frame! In the package you will find our Smart puzzler’s handbook, which will tell you the correct procedure. Everything you need to assemble the puzzle into the frame is included. And the amazing advantage is that you can disassemble and reassemble both the frame and the puzzle at any time, like an eternal puzzle!
In our Pucle tube, you will find a collapsible frame made of beech wood, a cardboard mat, a protective film, a puzzle wrapped in a cotton bag, screws, a frame puller and a Smart puzzler’s handbook. You can also see the framing system in this video!
In the manual, you will find instructions on how to fit the assembled puzzle into a frame, a picture template, and also brief information about the author of the illustration you have chosen. You will find out where he / she comes from, what he / she does, and you will also find a link to his / her portfolio there. If the author has a story or inspiration for a given image, you can read about it in the Handbook.
We currently offer puzzles that have 24, 48, 100, 200, 500 and 1000 pieces. The dimensions of the individual parts can be found in each of the images, but to make it easier for you:
24 pieces – approx. 5 x 7 cm 48 pieces – approx. 3.5 x 4.5 cm
100 pieces – approx. 5 x 7 cm 200 pieces – approx. 3.5 x 4.5 cm
500 pieces – approx. 2 x 2 cm 1,000 pieces – approx. 2 x 2 cm
Of course! Vouchers are available in our store. And why vouchers? This solution is ideal when you know that Pucle will please your friends, but you can’t choose from the multitude of beautiful motifs 🙂 You can give them our voucher and then they will be happy to choose the Pucle that will suit them best in the interior.
Pucle philosophy:
You can store drawings, toys from kindergarten, half-meter rulers, or anything you deem appropriate in the tube. You can put herbs, dried mushrooms, or plants of any kind in the hand sewn bag. If you don’t find a use for the tube or the cotton bag, we have solution. You can send them back to Barbora Holíčková, Pucle s.r.o., Haluzice 759, 913 07 and we will recycle them. As a reward, we will send you a discount on your next purchase! Výsledok prekladu At the same time, you can also return the tube to us via Packeta – write to us and we will send you a return Packeta label, which you stick on the box and hand over to your nearest Packeta store.

Postage and claims:
We will be happy to process your order as a matter of priority, just call us at 0905528516 (Baša Holíčková Pucle). We will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Our system does not offer automatic tracking, but we will be happy to send you a tracking number individually. Please write to us at info@puclepucle.com with a tracking request and we will send you the number immediately.
The courier within 1-2 working days in Slovakia and 5 – 10 days in Europe. With the courier, you can also choose the EXPRESS option, where the courier will deliver the package the next day in the morning after handing over.
We attach an invoice to shipments only upon request, we try to save nature. You can always find the invoice for your purchase in the confirmation e-mail that comes to you immediately after the order is placed. So you don’t have to worry about the invoice, if you ordered Pucle as a gift. And we will be happy to write the dedication! All you have to do is write us the wording in the notes when creating the order – and we will attach a nice handwritten dedication attached with your order.
We are very careful not to send new plastics into circulation, but at the same time we have to follow the packaging guidelines and rules set by the post office and courier companies. To combine the two, we came up with our “Second Hand Bubble” system. We collect bubble wrap from companies and individuals who would otherwise throw it away (hopefully at least in the recycling bin). Since our first order in 2017, we have not bought a single piece of new bubble wrap, and we have shipped all orders in re-used bubble wrap.

Yes, we will be happy to deliver the Pucle to you personally in Haluzice (Nové Mesto nad Váhom district), where we are based. We can also deliver Pucle to you in Nové Mesto nad Váhom, Trenčín and, by agreement, also in Piešťany. Feel free to place your order and choose personal pickup in the last step. We will then contact you by e-mail and agree on delivery details.
